He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Batty and Norma Batty of Mexico; his grandfathers, Ben Eickhoff (Mary) and Fred Batty (Marie); and his sister Joyce Utterback (Gary).
He is survived by: his siblings, Jackie Fuller of Greensboro, NC, Jody Owen of Mexico, Kelly Hopkins (Terry) of Silex and Mike Batty of Mexico. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many friends.
