She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles and Thelma Nathan; her daughters, Janet Exford and Sheryl Miller; her grandsons, Andre and Robert Exford, Jr.; her great grandchild Amarion Poindexter; and her brother George Davis.
She is survived by: her spouse Jesse E. Miller, Sr.; her children, Jesse Miller, Jr. (Opal) of Independence, Thelma Fugate (Chester Jr.) of Mexico, Charles "Chuck" Miller (Virlee Cason) of Kansas City and Ron Miller of Kansas City; and her sisters-in-law, Willisteen Miller of Mexico, Mary Cathrine Salmon (Matthew) of Vandalia and Barbara Moore of Springfield. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 47 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
