She was predeceased by: her father Albert L. Bailey; her husband John Lewis Penn; her mother Betty J. Bailey Myers (Fetterhoff); and her stepfather Orvin Myers. She is survived by: her sons, Greg Penn (Shelly) of New Castle and Chad Penn (Sunny) of South Korea; her grandchildren, Wesley Penn (Anna) of Jefferson City, Whitley Crawford (Tanner) of Hatton and Aly Penn of New Castle; her great grandchildren, Charlotte, Jackson, Benjamin Crawford, Knox and Gunnar Penn; her brother Mark Bailey (Terry) of Mexico; and her grandson Devin Helwig of Jefferson City.
