He was predeceased by: his grandmother Myrta Wade; his great-grandparents, George and Maxine Blackmore; his uncles, Wayne Blackmore and David Blackmore; and his close friend Bob Knipp.
He is survived by: his parent Stephanie Wade of Columbia; his brother Alex Whisler of Centralia; his grandfather Ralph Wade (Karen) of Sulphur, Oklahoma; his aunts and uncles, Louise Wilson of Centralia, Susie Nelson (Jim) of Mexico, Parish Wade (Loretta) of Arvada and LeRoy Wade of New Bloomfield; his cousin Jake Nelson of Mexico; and his close friend Shelby Briggs.
He saved the lives of five people with his donation. Memorial donations may be made to NAMI Missouri (National Alliance on Mental Illness).
