She was predeceased by: her parents, Hadley Davenport and Rosalie Davenport (Beasley); her husband Alan W. Polacek; her brother Richard Davenport; and her father-in-law Clarence Polacek.
She is survived by: her daughters, Aimee Myers (Terry) of Mexico and Jennifer Polacek-Brooks of Columbia; her grandchildren, David Myers, Rachal Myers and Avery Brooks; her great grandchildren, Connor of Mexico, Emelyn Myers of Mexico and Parker Vanboening of Mexico; her brothers, Fred (Brenda) and Lawrence Davenport (Wanda); her mother-in-law Mary Polacek of Mexico; and her brothers-in-law, Tim Polacek (Joyce) of Laddonia and Chris Polacek (Robin) of Wisconsin.
Memorials are suggested to Centennial Baptist Church, Central Missouri Honor Flight or a charity of the donor's choice.
