He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Henry and Hester Marie Blackshaw (Lowry); his son Martin Joseph Blackshaw; his brother Glenn David Blackshaw; and his nephew John Blackshaw.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Martin Blackshaw; his daughters, Sarah Thompson (Larry) of Mexico and Stacy Kaiser (Rick) of Mexico; his grandchildren, Scott Thompson (Danielle) of Chesterfield, Kayla Watanabe (Brent) of Milwaukee, Megan Brown (Derek) of Jefferson City, Sydney Pratt (Daniel) of Holts Summit and Molly Kaiser of Mexico; his great grandchildren, Hayden, Asher Thompson, Julian, Norah Watanabe, Kaden, Levi Klempke, Jackson and Colton Pratt; and his sister Joyce Blackshaw Freyer (Glenn) of Wellsville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
