We are sad to announce that on July 19, 2023, at the age of 75, Leon Hoover of Mexico, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Edward and Anna Marie Hoover (Manning); his brother James Hoover; his daughter Kasong Ferrell Hoover; his grandson Kegan Chedwick; his nephew Michael Hoover; his niece Jennifer Hoover; and his brother-in-law L. Nolan Wilson.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Karen Ferrell; his children, Edward L. Hoover II (Elizabeth) of Mexico, Pamela A. Schneider (Chris) of Olathe, KS, Sherri M. Chedwick (Zack) of Mexico, Christopher B. Hoover (Kelly) of South Bend, Kara L. Parrish (Seth) of Columbia, MO and Seth Hoover; his grandchildren, Peyton Hoover, Laine Chedwick, Coal Chedwick, Emma Chedwick and Vance Parrish; his siblings, Ann Hoover Wilson, Bill Hoover (Kathy), Russell Hoover (Cynthia), Kenneth Hoover (Sherry), Henry Hoover (Karen) and Phil Hoover (Debbie); and his sister-in-law Sharon Hoover. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to the Little Dixie Fire Protection District.
