She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Rivers and Eva Rivers (Tate); her husband Frank E. Parker; and her siblings, Gerald Rivers, Jr., Ramon Rivers, Donald Rivers, Darrel Rivers, Willard Rivers and Dixie Ritterbush.
She is survived by: her children, Eddie Parker of Mexico and Cindy Barnes of Centralia; her grandchildren, Heather Diltz of Edwardsville, IL, Hillary Cuno of Columbia, Jared Barnes of Centralia and Brian Barnes of Springfield, TN; and her brother Richard Rivers (Linda) of New Orleans, LA. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
The family requests memorial donations be made to the Mexico Senior Center.
