She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Thomas and Betty Ann Johns (Sieger). She is survived by: her sons, James Polston (Kassy) of Mexico and Edward "Melon" Polston (Brandy) of Mexico; her grandchildren, Layla Polston, Jase Polston, Leigha Polston and Kaleb Polston; her siblings, Frank Jr. "Tommy" Johns (Ruth), James "Bubby" Johns (Tammy), Debbie Hooton (Marion), Carla Barker, Rhonda Claywell, Jeanie Jesse, Keila Burts (David) and Fran Davis; her niece Ashleigh Beal; and her nephew Kyle Hooton. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family requests memorial donations be made to the family to assist in funeral arrangements.
