He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Penn and Irene Penn (Langford); his wife Alice Anderson (Cooper); his brothers-in-law, Marvin Allison, Raymond Stone and George Pannell; his nephew Jeffrey Allison; and his great-nephew Scott Stone.
He is survived by: his sisters, Carole Stone of Phoenix, AZ and Anne Allison of Mexico; his niece Cindy Allison of Mexico; his nephews, Greg Stone (Kathy) of Glendale, AZ and Kevin Stone (Beth) of Glendale, AZ; his great-nephews, Chris, Nick, Shawn and Steven Stone; his sister-in-law Joan Pannell of Boonville; and his nieces and nephews, George Pannell, Jr. of Boonville, JoLynn Spurgeon (Marty) of Warsaw and Peg Pannell Smith of Rockwall, TX.
The family requests memorial donations be made to Auxvasse Christian Church or Mexico Senior Center.
