She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Anderson and Norma Ruth Townsend (Sims); her husband Robert Wayne Forrest; her brother Richard Wayne Townsend; and her son Timothy Duane Reams.
She is survived by: her sister Carolyn Sue Pearson of Cincinnati, Ohio; her daughter Tonya Denise Reams Minney (Charles R.) of Mexico; her grandchildren, Susan R. Bell of Nixa and Michael R. Minney of Mexico; and her great grandchildren, Cayla R. Bell, Austin R. Bell and Allyssa Mosley.
