He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewell Fleetwood and Nellie Fleetwood (Ousley); his son Richard Fleetwood; and his siblings, Richard Fleetwood, Vernon Fleetwood, Darlene Fleetwood, Sharon Cornwell and Ina Barks.
He is survived by: his children, Joseph Jewell Fleetwood of Moberly, Julie Brankov of East St, Lacey Fleetwood (Jason) of Higbee and Emily Fleetwood-Smith (Drew) of Mexico; and his siblings, Dale Fleetwood of Perryville, Jerry Fleetwood (Helen) of Alabama, Tina Watkins of St. Clair and Fay Wilson (Harry) of Arnold. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Friendship Baptist Church (4500 E Liberty St, Mexico, MO 65265).
