He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Crabtree and Eula Crabtree (Wray); his stepfather Orville Goyer; and his brother Kenneth Crabtree. He is survived by: his wife Carol Crabtree; his daughter Kim Hurd (Dave) of Mexico; his grandchildren, Kaleigh Curtis (Desmon "Beagle") of Mexico, Kelsay Crabtree (Devyn) of Mexico, Caleb Crabtree (Judy) of Mexico, Cassie Hurd of Fulton and Jacklyn Hurd of Mexico; his great grandchildren, Connor, Beau, Sadie, Tobias, Rielle, Ophelia and Oliver; and his brother Roy Crabtree (Rita) of Rush Hill. He is also survived by Three Brothers.
Memorial donations may be made to the Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans Hospital.
