He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Higbee and Emily Higbee (Sterba); his wife Marjorie Higbee; and his siblings, Donald Higbee, Claude Higbee, Charlotte Davis and Carol Craig.
He is survived by: his children, Randy Higbee (Laura) of Lee's Summit and Teresa Carner of Rogers, AR; his grandchildren, Blaine Higbee of Overland Park, KS, Scott Carner (Shannon) of Carlsbad, CA, Patrick Carner (Kristin) of Rogers, AR and Kelly Farmer (Andrew) of Springdale, AR; his great grandchildren, Zackary Carner, McKenna Carner, Noelle Carner, Jacqueline Carner and Constance Carner; and his sister Edith Selby of Columbia.
The family requests memorial donations be made to the United Methodist Church of Mexico.
