We bid farewell to Edward Lowry of Mexico, Missouri, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 13, 2024 at the age of 90. Edward touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lowry and Margaret Lowry (Owen); his mother-in-law Elizabeth Arens Stuckenschneider; and his siblings-in-law, Kenneth White, Lawrence "Rooster" Stuckenschneider, Gene "Pete" Stuckenschneider, Dorothy Henry (Jim), Betty Birsinger (Ron) and Adele Stuckenschneider.
He is survived by: his wife Claire Lowry; his daughter Liz Smith (Dwane) of Mexico; his grandsons, Eric Lowry (Amber Grussing) of Vandalia, Jeffrey Smith (Megan) of St. Louis and Tanner Smith (Mackenzie) of Mexico; his great grandchildren, Hailey Lowry, Aricka Lowry, Alexis Lowry, Michael Grussing, Lillian Smith, Margaret Smith and William Smith; his sister Mary Lou White of Mexico; and his siblings-in-law, Joe Stuckenschneider of Martinsburg, Carolyn Stuckenschneider of Martinsburg and Frances "Frankie" Stuckenschneider of Martinsburg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
