He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Parks and Ina Agnes Simpson Parks; his wife Norma Jean Brown; his sons, Lowell and Lyndell Parks; his siblings, Leslie Parks and Nellie Ruth Robinson; his grandchildren, Lori Lynn Parks and Robbie Eugene Parks; and his great grandchild Brendin Quick.
He is survived by: his children, Lynn Parks of Hannibal, Larry Parks of Laddonia and Lana Walkley (Dale) of Vandalia.
