It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Alton of Mexico, Missouri, who passed away on October 19, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorsey Dilts and Anna Pearl Dilts (Guffey); her husband Bill; and her siblings, Larry Dilts and Beatrice Goff.
She is survived by: her sons, William E. "Bill" Alton II of Columbia and Steve A. Alton (Denise) of Mexico; her sister Gloria Evans of Mexico; and her grandchildren, Ryan Alton (Amy) of Jacksonville, MO, Lindsay Groteweil, Nathan Alton, Ashlie Oestreich (Gavin) of Blair, NE, Arica Walker (Cody), Aimee Pashia (Caleb), Andrew Alton (Sarah) and Ariana Stankovic (Milos) of West Lafayette, IN. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren.
