He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lewis and Ollie Lewis (Tracy); his son Kevin E. Lewis; his wife Jan Lewis (Sullivan); and his siblings, Bob Lewis and Elaine Perkins.
He is survived by: his children, Tamara Ann Floyd of Jefferson City, Randall Dean Lewis of Pearland, Gina Kay Freeman (Steve) of Mexico and Shawn Bromeland (Sara) of Mahtomedi, Minnesota; and his brother Richard Lewis (Carrol) of Ashland. He is also survived by his children, grandsons and great-granddaughters.
Memorial donations may be made to an education fund for his great-granddaughters.
