He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Belcher (Deacon) and Luella Biswell; and his in-laws, George and Bertha Clarke. He is survived by: his wife Paula Belcher; his children, Richard Belcher of Mexico, Noah Belcher of Mexico, Dena Osdieck (Dan) of Cottlesville, Max Vinyard (Samantha) of Vacaville, CA and Jacob Vinyard (Erin) of Mexico; his grandchildren, Andrew, Baron, Christian, Harper and Maisyn; and his siblings, Doug Salmons of Oak Harbor, WA, Tammy Salmons of Alamogordo, NM and Donna Belcher of Mexico.

Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Arnold Funeral Home (425 S Jefferson St, Mexico, MO 65265). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.

Memorial donations in Darren's memory may be directed to the Audrain Historical Society and Graceland Museum.
