He is survived by: his wife Betty Ball; his grandchildren, Danielle Westmoreland (Kyle) of Tebbetts, Ashley Renee Ball-Parrott of Mexico and Levi Ball of Washington; his stepgrandson Terry Ball of Illinois; his great grandchildren, Waylon, Wade Westmoreland, Randall Eugene Ball-Bailey, Hanna Bailey and Charlie Ball-Parrott; and his sister Mary Lou Tiller (Kenny) of Fulton.
