With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Betty Jean Bishop of Mexico, Missouri, born in California, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 19, 2024 at the age of 91. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Bishop, and Pearl Mae Bishop, Sr. (Helming); her siblings, Raymond Bishop, Jr., Dorothy Strait and Bonnie Sue Bishop; and her niece Vicki Strait.
She is survived by: her brother Donald Bishop (Joann) of Mexico; and her nieces and nephews, Michalene, Myra, Susan, Barbara, Harold, Cindy, Jeff and Karla.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
