He is survived by: his wife Jennifer, Jr.; his children, Zachary West (Angel) of Chillicothe and Katie West (Jermie) of Jefferson City; his parents-in-law, Marvin and Jane Eiken of California; and his sister-in-law Maggie Eiken of California. He is also survived by many family members, cousins and friends.
