She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Clay and Mina May Scott (Ricker); her husband John Champlain; her siblings, Oscar Clay Scott (Elfie Lorene) and Lois Mae Scott; and her nephew Gary Scott.
She is survived by: her daughter Peggy Eads (Dennis) of Holts Summit; her grandchildren, Lindsey Holliday (Ryan) and Scott Eads (Julie); her great grandchildren, Haylen Holliday and Paxton Holliday; and her sister-in-law Billie Jean Ryle. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
