We bid farewell to Anton Herman Libbert of Meta, Missouri, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 28, 2025 at the age of 81. Anton touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lionel John and Aharta Anna Libbert (Wieberg); and his siblings, Bonnie Libbert, Sandy Libbert and Harold Libbert.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores Libbert; his children, Roy John Libbert and Amy Lister; his grandchildren, Kelsey Perry, Taylor Libbert, Brooke Dillingham (Michael), Emma Lister and Sophia Lister; and his siblings, Terry Libbert (Pam), Betty Jean Kemna (Curtis) and Loyd Libbert (Dina). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Cecilia Catholic Church (200 6th St, Meta, MO 65058). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Masses or St. Cecilia Cemetery.
