He was predeceased by: his father Maynard Franklin; and his daughter C. J. Marie Chapman. He is survived by: his mother Nina May Ragan (Groves); his daughter Crystal Harris of Kansas City, MO; his siblings, Patty Puffer (Terry) of Mercer, MO, Phyllis Johnson and Michael Ragan (Billie Jo) of Gilman City, MO; and his grandchildren, Eli, Tristen Harris and Katie Chapman. He is also survived by 19 nieces and nephews and many cousins.
