He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Stark and Olive Stark (Wells); his wife Thelma Marie Orey; his siblings, Ordie, Everett, Jim, Wendell, Jerry, Ocie Martin, Janice Carter and Doris Stark; and also Shelly Hoover.
He is survived by: his daughters, Joni Vogel (Brad), Jeannie Miller (Billy) and Sherry Houk (Jim); his sisters, Lena Faye Kemper and Velma Davis; his grandchildren, Bradley, Misty, Jacob, Angie, Ashley, Morgan, Bonnie Jean, Samantha, Ethan, Lizzie and Isaiah; and his great grandchildren, Alex, Matthew, Emma, Natalie, Cassie, Chris, Wyatt, Madi, Cormac, Olivia, Beckett and William.
