She was predeceased by: her parents, Gene Umphfleet and Violet Umphfleet (Groves); her husband Maynard Ragan; her son Paul Ragan; and her granddaughter C. J. Marie Chapman.
She is survived by: her brothers, Larry Dale and Leland; her children, Patty Puffer (Terry), Phyllis Johnson and Mike Ragan (Billie); and also Avis. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
