With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Linda Lea Johnston of Mercer, Missouri, born in Toledo, Iowa, who passed away on December 8, 2021 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Collins and Catherine Collins (Dowd); and her siblings, Marge Thurston and Robert Collins. She is survived by: her husband Jim Johnston of Mercer, MO; her children, Christine Adler of Altoona and Michael Johnston of Marshalltown; her grandchildren, Kailer Stevenson (Chelsey), Jaxson, Rylee, Lillee and Linken; her sister Phyllis Ebersole (Don) of Claremont, CA; and her sister-in-law Ellen Collins of Toledo. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
