He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Noe and Zella Lea Ratliff Noe; his wife Judy; his brothers, Robert Noe and Jimmy Noe; and his granddaughter Grace.

He is survived by: his former wife Judith Marie Coberly; his sons, Mike Noe (Teri) and Jay Noe (Julie); his grandchildren, Ty Noe (Lauryn Ross) of Mercer, Garrett Noe of Mercer, Bryer Noe (Payton Craig) of Mercer, Emma Noe of Des Moines, Caitlynn Noe of Des Moines and Jason Duncan of Des Moines; his great grandchild Tucker Noe; his sister Doris Jean Smith (Bill); and his close friend Pam Hawley. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandson.
