She was predeceased by: her parents, John Seibert and Viola Jump (Trenter); her stepfather Charles W. Stevens; her husband Jack; and her siblings, Oliver, John, Floyd Jump, Troy Stevens, Ollie, Ida Mae Stevens and Armenda Schlarbaum.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Thompson (Michael), Robert Clark (Cindy), Roy Clark and Richard Clark (Rhonda); her grandchildren, Chrissy Gillis (Josh), Scott Clark (Ali), Mason Clark, Emma Clark (Cade), Cooper Bankus (Alyssa), Conner Bankus (Allena) and Brooke Dodson (Nate); her great grandchildren, Ciarra Weaver (Preston), Madison, Tessa Gillis, Darius Clark, Raylen Bankus, Channing, Chyles Dodson, Madi and Jade Schrodt; her siblings, Sue Ann Heath, Margaret Fishel (Lonnie) and Charles F. Stevens (Lily); her sister-in-law Donna Stevens; and her daughter-in-law Stephanie Dolan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
