Haggard (Fritz); her daughter Francia Fisher (Billy) of Mercer, MO; her daughter-in-law Penny Haggard of Vancouver, WA; her grandchildren, Eleanor Jean Haggard, James McMillian (Julie), Wendy Johnson (Justin), Jennifer Haggard and Ben Fisher (Joanne); and her great grandchildren, Quinton Johnson, Cooper Johnson, Madeline, Zoe, Charlotte Fisher, Seamus McMillian and Eloise McMillian. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
