She was predeceased by: her father David Henry; and her spouse Jackie Dale Stark. She is survived by: her mother Mary Diane Dent (Morris); her children, Joshua Stark (Valerie) of Prairie Village, KS, Sarah Touchet (Shawn) of Newtown, MO and Moriah Stark; her grandchildren, Shawn Touchet, Jr., Finnian Stark and Alexia Burton; her sisters, Lisa Cook (Roger) of Hillsboro, IA and Julie Carpenter (Jim); her sisters-in-law, Gay Lynn Stark of Mercer, MO and Brenda Stark; and her mother-in-law Nancy Stark of Mercer, MO. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
