He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Harkins and Tessie Harkins (Williams); his siblings, Lavonia Heriford (Harkins), Harvey Harkins, Sr. and Francis Earl Harkins; his grandparents, Melvin, Cordie Harkins (Haggard), George and Mary Frances Williams (Robinson); his parents-in-law, Raymond and Gretchan Davis (Smith); his nephews, Harvey Harkins, Jr., Gene Harkins and Lee Harkins; and his siblings-in-law, David Heriford and Wilma Harkins (Summers).
He is survived by: his sister Mary Belle Mulvania (Harkins); and his nieces and nephews, Audra Schildknecht (Heriford), Joni Mulvania, Bob Heriford, Larry Heriford and Jim Mulvania.
