He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Peter and Marie Vogel (Claes). He is survived by: his wife Carol Vogel; his children, William "Bill" Vogel (Pam) of Lineville, IA and Georgia Chapman (Jamie) of Chillicothe, MO; his grandsons, Jacob, Jimmy Chapman and Aaron West; and his brother Donnie Vogel. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
