She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Allen and Helen Modena Chambers (Kutzner); her former husband Emmett Porter Heckethorn; her husband Clarence Ivan Woods; her sons, Omar Edward Heckethorn Sr. and Wesley Ray Heckethorn; and her sister Marjorie Anita Hatfield.
She is survived by: her sisters, Verlee Dauma of Memphis and Glenna Tolliver of St. Peters, MO; her daughter-in-law Phyllis Heckethorn of Mempis; and her stepchildren, Bonnie Schultz of Kirksville, Gaylene Woods-White of Kirksville, James Woods of Arbela, Randy Woods (Karen Shippen), Charles Woods, Janette Graham, Kevin (Debbie Woods) and Hollis (Connie Woods) of Keokuk. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, step grandchildren, step great grandchildren and step great-great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
