She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Douglas and Beulah Mae Grinstead Adams; her husband Clayton Wayne Fulk; her children, Russell Wayne Fulk and Jane Lynn Upton; and her siblings, Wayne Adams and Alice Lee Smith.
She is survived by: her son Joseph Rex (Lori Fulk) of Memphis; her son-in-law Bill Upton of Nampa, Idaho; her grandchildren, Andy Upton (Emily), Sally Brooks (Hank), Michael Fulk, Jordan Fulk (Deanna), Dwayne, Chris and Brian Fulk; and her great grandchildren, Evynleigh, Berkley, Emmett, Emma and Zander.
