She was predeceased by: her parents, Linda Lou Martin (Howell) and Donnie Martin; her brother DJ; and her grandparents, Ruth, Estel Martin, William and Lela Howell.
She is survived by: her husband Sam Johnson of Memphis, Missouri; her sons, Michael Martin (Courtney Cowell) and Jeremy Muntz (Jenna) of Ankeny, Iowa; her stepchildren, Keith Johnson of Quincy, Illinois, Scott of Memphis, Missouri, Mark Johnson of Memphis, Missouri and Lacey Sallee (Clinton) of Ottumwa, Iowa; her brothers, Larry Dean Martin (Kim) of Memphis, Brad Martin (Karon) of San Antonio and Brian Martin of Raymore, Missouri; her granddaughter Natalie Martin; and her stepgrandchildren, Annabella Clark, Harrison, Jasper Sallee and Jackson Johnson.
