He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Bloss and Mildred Bloss (Boley); his wife Patricia Ann Smith; his son Mark Bloss; and his brother Rolla Bloss.
He is survived by: his children, Ronnie Bloss of Grain Valley, Debbie Hoyt (Mark Robinson) of Marceline and Shannon Knowles (Brian Kevin) of Brookfield; his grandchildren, Travis Hoyt (Krystal) of Brookfield, Andrew Hoyt (Jessica) of Brookfield, Brooke Distler of Brookfield, Haylee Howe of Brookfield, Dameon Knowles (Melissa) of Smithville and Briana White (Justin) of Gardner, Kansas; his great grandchildren, Ashtynn, Kaylynn, Jenessa, Kaden, Jaxton and Wyatt; and his close friend Joan Williams of Chillicothe. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
