He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Luther and Virginia Luther (Dunlap); his sister Brenda Kay Luther; his nephew Jeffrey Luther; his mother-in-law Judith Edwards; and his granddaughter Hadley A Billy Tucker.
He is survived by: his former wife Lisa A. Raines; his wife Regina Stevens; his sons, Christopher Raines (Lacy), Nathan Raines (Latasha) and Andrew Raines; his grandchildren, Chase (Montana), Lanie, Kaitlynn and Abbie; his great grandchild Hayden; and his siblings, Jerry Luther (Rhonda), Barbara Luther, Debbie O'Neil (Tom), Esther McIntosh (Jerry) and Rose Fenimore (Greg).
