He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Tournear and Inez Tournear; his siblings, Lindell Tournear and Alice Ballinger; his brothers-in-law, Jim Ballinger and Billy Joe Florea; and his father-in-law Richard Kroner.
He is survived by: his children, Stacy Allen (Khory) of Hardin, IL and Steven (Summer) of Ewing, MO; his grandchildren, Montgomery Tournear (Katelyn), Sevanna Tournear, Jazzmen Tournear (Alex Smyser), Josslyn Tournear, Jonathan Allen, Micah Allen, Nathan Allen, Rebekah Allen and Isaac Allen; his children, Raleigh Shade (Kylene) of Collinsville, IL and Chase Shade (Jordan) of Quincy, IL; his grandchildren, Hayden, Arya, Zoey and Zander Shade; his sisters, Sylvia Sharpe of Quincy, IL, Sharon Harlan (Larry) of Palmyra, MO and Jeanne Florea of Quincy, IL; his mother-in-law Joyce Kroner; and his siblings-in-law, Julie Tong (Chris) of Dahlonega, GA, Connie Esslinger (Steve) of Springfield, IL and Richard Kroner (Creena) of Aurora, IL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
