He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Bringer and Juanita Moore Bringer; his stepmother Christine Bringer; and his brother Russell Bringer. He is survived by: his daughter Rachel Lane Bringer (Shepherd); his wife Loretta Lane Jones; his son-in-law Bobby Shepherd; his grandsons, Dalton, Luke, Jacob and Elijah Shepherd; and his sisters, Ann Brink of Quincy and Dorothy Featherlin (Wendell) of Carlisle, Pennsylvania..
