She is survived by: her husband David Foote; her children, Jacob Randolph of Quincy, Emily Ussery (Kyle) of Mt. Sterling, IL and Amy Foote; her grandchildren, Landon Randolph, Kaydence Randolph, Sophia Geise and Skyler Ussery; and her siblings, William K. Angell (Kathy) and Marsha Angell.
