He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis I. Pennington and Bessie J. Schuemate Pennington; his spouse Francis May Winch; and his siblings, Jim Pennington, Richard Pennington, Donald Pennington, Jewell Mayo, Shirley Nely and Peggy Fortman.
He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Hardin (Jeff) of Sikeston and Maria Willis (Kenny) of Bullard, Texas; his grandsons, William Jesse Walz, Trevor David Walz, Taustin Drake Hardin and Dayton Hunter Hardin; his great grandchild Bradley Mason Walz; and his siblings, Dan Pennington of Sahuirita and Margaret Miller of Caledonia.
