He was predeceased by: his parents, MaryAnn Burch and Haston Burch; and his close friend Billie Jo Seipel. He is survived by: his daughter Shawna Hendren (T. J.); his grandchildren, Ky Scott, Taveon Rodgers, Emalyn Rodgers and Tyler Miller; and his cousins, Kurby Bovard (Marla), Lance Bovard (Linda), Jeff Johnson, Susan Johnson and Nancy Palumbo (Peter).
