It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven Hanig of Maryville, Missouri, born in Saint Joseph, Missouri, who passed away on February 8, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hanig and Ila Hanig (Smith); and his sister Katherine Hanig. He is survived by: his children, Billy Williams (Cindy), Stephanie Christiansen (Chad), Jarod McIntosh, Samantha Everhart and Caleb Hanig; and his siblings, Carol Pope, Philip Hanig and Mike Hanig (Cyndi). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorials be made in care of Mosaic Hospice of Maryville.
