He is survived by: his siblings, Catherine Barmann (Joe) of Maryville, Dorothy Walk of Lee's Summit, Missouri, James Boedeker (Norma) of St. Joseph, Joseph Boedeker (Sandra) of Macon, Robert Boedeker (Kathi) of Maryville and Francis Boedeker (Rita) of Monticello, Minnesota. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
