She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Mothershead and Mabel Mothershead (Stickelman). She is survived by: her children, Debbie Newman of Owasso, Peggy Wainwright of Cedar Falls, Trudy Roush, Port Townsend, Brad Roush of Boulder, Linda Roush Lowe (Robert) and Steve Roush (Vera) of Pella; and her brother Harmon Mothershead of Maryville. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
