He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Richard and Betty Bruner Riley; his brother Gene Douglas Riley (Doug); and his friends, Anthony and Audrey Buhl of Minnesota.
He is survived by: his friends, Amy Gastler of Maryville, MO and Brenda Hargis; his stepmother June Rutledge; and his stepsiblings, Rick Barnhouse (Debbie) of Eagle Rock, MO, Jeff Barnhouse (Rhonda) of Greenfield, MO and Dagne Ogle (Mike) of Springfield, MO..
In 1993, Larry was presented with the Tower Service Award for his outstanding service and his contribution to the university.
