He was predeceased by: his parents, Weber McMillen and Blanche McMillen (Pierpoint); his spouse Shirley L. Bailey; and his sister Marci McMillen. He is survived by: his children, Sherry, Kenna (Denny) and Kevin (Michelle); his grandchildren, Casey Parman (Cara), Jessie Prettyman (Nathan), Kenzie McMillen and Betsy Nespory (Joel); and his great grandchildren, Parker, Paxton, Piper, Porter Prettyman, Elsie, Jayce Nespory and Jack Parman.
