She is survived by: her parents, Gerald Phillips (Carrie) of Houston and Linda Tarrant of Maryville, Missouri.; her husband Jack Bilbo III; her children, Zoe Emmaline Bilbo, Bennett Evan Bilbo and Taylor Holley; her mother-in-law Shirley Bilbo; her siblings, Christine Turner (David Turner), Pauline Burke (David Burke) and Kevin Phillips (Denise Phillips); and her sister-in-law Staci Bilbo (John Mahoney).
